Through this course, instructors will learn how to facilitate online courses in the Alderson-Broaddus, Moodle-based LMS.
Topics include:
- Course Home component facilitation
- Assignment feedback and grading
- Discussion forum moderation and grading
- Quiz grading and score adjustment
This course will provide a foundation for teaching online. The following domains will be covered:
1. The Online Environment
2. Communication
3. Assessment
4. Retention
The Comcourse Certificate in Teaching Online will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
