This is an introductory course needed by all first-year College of Business and Management majors. Non-business majors are welcomed and encouraged to take the course. The course is meant to improve the student's soft skills and professional effectiveness. Included in the course will be opportunities to improve self-awareness and hone team-building skills. There will also be alternatives to work on leadership competencies and to compete in various business competitions and contests.
