(Traditional and LPN-BSN) Building on the introductory concepts of evidence-based nursing practice from earlier courses, students examine all aspects of the research process as it relates to the baccalaureate nurse's role in research. Identification of practice issues, appraisal and integration of evidence, evaluation of patient outcomes and sharing best practices occurs with the interprofessional healthcare team as addressed. (3 semester hours lecture and 0 semester hours clinical). Traditional Pre-Requisites: NRSG 260 NRSG 270, and NRSG 280. Co-Requisites: NRSG 330 and NRSG 340.
