This course is designed to assist teacher education candidates to develop the knowledge, skills, and methods for teaching a wide diversity of students in the general education classroom with another teacher in co-planning, co-teaching, co-reflecting, and co-assessing. Methods of co-teaching will be explored as these relate to inclusive teaching methods and strategies for children with varied skills, needs, and exceptionalities in elementary, middle, and secondary school settings.
