(RN-BSN) Building on the introductory concepts of evidence-based nursing practice from earlier courses, students examine all aspects of the research process as it relates to the baccalaureate nurse's role in research. Identification of practice issues, appraisal and integration of evidence, evaluation, of patient outcomes and sharing best practice occurs with the interprofessional healthcare team as addressed.
