Environmental law, policies, and regulations are necessary for the protection of human health and the environment. Course outcomes include demonstrated knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act; Clean Air Act; Clean Water Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; and Endangered Species Act.
